Refund policy

Returns

We offer 30-day returns. If you're not happy with your LitterLux purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with all parts and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved return can't be accepted.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
